Captain Furious (This is how angry I can be...)

so, many of you know of our on-going trials and tribulations (no pun intended...) with the Oakland County Friend of the Court. and i'm sure you remember the "do the right thing and get married" schtick we were given by the "judge" when we went in last November...mind you, there is no child support owed, as jeremy paid for everything evie needed while we were split for those months. there is the cost of the birth (four grand, not too shabby considering the 4 days in the hospital, surgery, interventions, etc) which is SUPPOSED to be deducted monthly from jeremy's paycheck. fun fact: if we get married, the 4 grand goes away. a wedding gift from the state of michigan.

so, although the agreement, SIGNED BY THE JUDGE, was for a monthly payment, the state of Michigan took it upon themselves to freeze Jeremy's account for back child support. today they realized there was none to worry about, but then the FOC decided that they needed all 4 grand now. even though that wasn't the agreement signed and put into action by the judge.

FUCK!

seriously, are we supposed to get married just to alleviate this constant hassle? because the state and one of its agencies can't keep it's shit straight?

oh, here i go with the swearing...uggh. i am so mad. so mad. will now go smoke a cigarette.
